Impressionist Works

I have always loved French Impressionist paintings. Their inspirational art moves me and I had long thought that some day I would move to the south of France for a year to learn how to paint in the impressionist style in the birthplace of impressionism. Maybe I still will at some point. For now, I have my hands full keeping up with the flood of ideas coming out of my brain in the realm of geometric abstract art. However, I could not help thinking about what one of my paintings would look like done in the impressionist style. What would Van Gogh do? It was a fun thought experiment and I finally decided to explore that question. Here is my take on that possibility.
